We've had Matt from MR Neel come out twice in the last few months to help with some broken valves as we upgraded some fixtures and ended up with leaks. Both times we've called they've sent someone out quickly, and Matt's always been super kind and listened to what the issue was and provided fixes for really reasonable prices. Last week our hot water heater broke and Mike and his crew were so great! They came out quickly, found the problem and called around to get the specific parts. Mike even drove farther away to save us some money on the parts! He was transparent with costs, time, and what needed to be done. He fixed it in no time at all and saved us the cost of having to replace the tankless water heater. I will always use them for plumbing needs!
